Как раз таки ремиксы намного лучше, чем на сборнике 2001 года.
Просто очень порадовали Tribal Dance (Tribal Trance Remix) и Let The Beat Control Your Body (Mistral Mix) !

2 Unlimited - крутейшая группа. Хоть и старая уже, но музон у них здравый!

Эта полемика заставила-таки меня вчера прослушать этот диск Trance Remixes, смахнув с него пыль. Я заметил одну особенность почти всех ремиксов - начинаются они с однообразного ударного ряда, который скорее характерен стилю House, чем Трансу. Возможно именно поэтому они мне (и не только мне) не нравятся. Ведь есть же неплохие трансовые ремиксы, например сделанные DJ X-Out. А например ремикс THROW THE GROOVE DOWN (NITE BEAT CLUB MIX : 5'25) - вообще на мой взгляд произведение искусства !

Ray Этот ударный ряд - отличительная черта большинства современных трансовых треков. Отсутствует он только в радио версиях. Вроде бы это облегчает сведение треков в сетах.

Тогда эти ремиксы скорее для ди джеев, чем для фанатов.

Ну почему же... Композиция дальше раскрывается. Подумаешь, приходится подождать пару минут... Зато середина композиции с лихвой всё окупает. Ну и просто интересно наблюдать, как из однообразного бум бум в начале плавно вырастает красивая мелодия, а потом наоборот затухает к концу

По-видимому нужно очень любить такую музыку, чтобы говорить такое !

Каждый стиль хорош по своему.
Евроденс хорош своей мощной энергетикой, а транс - красотой и никакие пары минут тому не помеха .

Хорошо, что они помирились, хотя так много времени прошло, что все обиды можно забыть уже сто раз! Появилась маленькая надежда на воссоединение, хотя сейчас это уже будет не в тему, главное - что все живы-здоровы, помирились, и хорошо себя чувствуют!

А разве нет? Почему они тогда так долго не общались и не хотели ничего друг о друге слышать? И на сайте Аниты было так много негативно относящихся к Рэю из-за его, как я поняла, звездной болезни!

Нет! Они не общались вероятно потому что каждый был занят своей карьерой. То, что они не хотели ничего друг о друге слышать - это просто домыслы, на деле ничего подобного не было! Анита сама мне говорила, что у них нормальные дружеские отношения. По поводу того что на сайте Аниты - это все же сайт Аниты, а не Аниты и Рэя. Там много фанатов сольного творчества Аниты, которые не являются поклонниками 2 Unlimited, а в частности Рэя. Вполне очевидно, что они пускают различные слухи про Рэя (тем более что Рэй в интернете не появляется). Не стоит верить этим слухам.

В последний момент Анита передумала ехать в Новосибирск, а решила поехать в Санкт-Петербург.

Тут уже обсуждалось качество DVD дисков.
Хочу спросить про обычные Аудио CD.
Известно, что 2Unlimited издавали на разных лейблах.
В своё время я купил два диска Real Things и No Limits на GDC от ZYXа.
На мой взгляд, качество оставляет желать лучшего. ИМХО запись - глуховатая.
Есть ли такие альбомы с "не глухим" звуком?

Есть такие!
Всегда советую брать альбомы с родного их лейбла - Byte Records. Кроме того что звук идеальный, альбомы еще содержат бонусы (ремиксы).
Про этот ZYX я уже говорить не могу, сил моих больше нет !

LIMITED 2 TECHNO - релиз от лейбла . Насколько я помню, все вокальные партии Аниты и Рэя на этом релизе были заменены другими голосами. Почему Sound And Media Limited не взлюбили голоса Аниты и Рэя я не знаю, но факт остается фактом - такой релиз существует.

When I got the offical word from Mike Delaney that PWL had drop 2 Unlimited, I was more disappointed than shocked. My fear since January had come true. I started to suspect that PWL had drop 2 Unlimited when I kept going into my local record store and asking for a release date for "Jump For Joy". Alsa, the record store said that 2 Unlimited were not on the list so therefore they did not know. I really started to worry when "Jump For Joy" was released in Europe and not here in the UK. I kept e-mailing Mike Delaney and asking him "What's the score?" Alsa, Mike did not know until one day Mike told me the bad news. The only things I thought of was a four letter word beginning with 'f' and bastards. I mean, how could PWL drop 2 Unlimited on the brink of a massive hit which was sure to give PWL a few quid. Yes, 2 Unlimited has had three concentative flops in the past, which is a sure sign that PWL are mean't to pull out they finger. If a artist is in trouble in sales, are not record companies mean't to help out the artist to increase sales. Has PWL ever heard of advertising! Bastards! PWL use to do justice for 2 Unlimited in the past but not any more. In the past, 2 Unlimited was a gold mine for PWL at they peak (No Limit) and when 2 Unlimited get into some 'trouble', PWL go and dump them. What kind of record company would do that? Yes, I know that record companies have to think about money but what happened to all that money that was made from 2 Unlimited in the past. Has PWL ever heard the saying "Spend money to make money"? It does not look like it! Bastards! And PWL could not spare a few quid on advertising. On the album side of things, 2 Unlimited have done brilliantly with "No Limits" and "Real Things" both getting to number 1 in the charts. I remember one day walking down the high street and seeing a massive album cover picture advert of "Real Things" in the window of 'Our Price Music Ltd'. But when it came to "Hits Unlimited" I did not see shit. No adverts in magerzines or in shop windows. There was one advert and that was on T.V.. But PWL did not pay for it. The advert was done by Woolworths PLC (God bliss them), a commerical store down the high street.

Well, now that 2 Unlimited have not got a record company here in the UK, I hope that 2 Unlimited will find a better one. I hope that 2 Unlimited does not leave this country all together.

Но хотелось бы узнать ещё что-то кроме того, что диск выпущен в 1996 "Under exclusive license from C&T Music & Media" и что голоса далеко не Рея и не Аниты (да и музло-то заново записывали).

у меня из серии GDC (Golden Dance Classics) есть первый альбом 2U "Get ready". Вроде качество там нормальное, и ремиксы и инструменталки там тоже есть.

А вот что касается CD из "Complete History" - там у большинства композиций сделан ремастеринг в стиле конца 90х - начала 2000х годов - т.е. когда композиция прогоняется через цифровой компрессор и ужимется так, чтоб звучать одинаково громко от начала до конца, теряя при этом динамику и выразительность.

Добрый д\н\у Кто нибудь знает -Анита помимо ДИСКОТЭКИ(СПб) , будет где y, еще выступать, в клубе? А то вон U96 будут в ДУАТе выступать..

Я сам не слышал его, а в инете информации про него практически нет. По всей видимости ремиксы сделаны группой ремиксеров MEGATEK.

В прошлом году о том что Анита будет еще и в клубе Ultra выступать узнали в самый последний момент. Думаю в этом году, если Аниты будет выступать еще где-то кроме Ледового, то об этом тоже вы узнаете перед самым ее выступлением.

только что выяснил, что Анита выступит ТОЛЬКО в Ледовом Дворце !

The english label PWL INTERNATIONAL has released get ready for this because it was a huge techno dance hit and because techno wave was new in all europe.
Some months later when Ray & Anita join the band,the new versions weren't released in uk 'cause PWL INTERNATIONAL was mainly a techno label,not dance.
So to release in the uk all other 2 unlimited titles,they asked to Phil Wilde & Jean Paul De Coster to delete all raps,to make instrumental versions.Same thing for the videos.Their study of the english marketing was like this at this time.
Some titles 'the real thing,no one or here I go) were entire (thanks to the remixes) but Nothing like the rain,jump for joy & spread your love not.
They cut the rap of do what's good for me,they changed the rap of faces,they cut the edit of maximum overdrive and the techno techno techno techno versions were basically for the uk only !! (fortuantely the title has success and all has changed)
Uk is the first mondial music market,
germany the second
europe & asia are the following
the usa are n°5
each country has some preferences,the us versions of 2 unlimited are too much underground and it can't work here in europe & blablabla
