I checked your EAC rip and can give you some tips.

Hydrogenaudio provides a very good EAC guide: EAC Guides
At the bottom of EAC you could create two profiles (press "New") - one in your native language and the other one in English (the log file becomes easier to read ). Just save your current settings and then change only the language to english and save the config to a new profile (to rip and save the log file in English). Afterwards you can load the main profile.
For lossless compression you could take FLAC or APE
